We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement free of charge, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dadaishu888@outlook.com.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your product.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
